Urology is the branch of medicine concerned with the diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the urinary tract in both women and men, and of the male reproductive system. Assoc. Prof. Tomasz Gołąbek, MD, PhD, MRCSI, FEBU is a consultant urologist with international experience gained at some of the most prestigious centres in the United States and Europe.
He trained at Harvard Medical School and Boston University in the USA, at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and at Cork University Hospital and Mercy University Hospital in Ireland. In 2015 he passed the European Board of Urology (EBU) examination with distinction, and in 2017 he received his habilitation (DSc) in medical sciences at the Faculty of Medicine, Jagiellonian University Medical College.
